Ella, the chemotherapy Barbie

Here's a link to the video Chad made when Grace first got her chemotherapy Barbie named Ella. Grace's reaction makes us laugh every time.

Please be sure to write, call, email and/or Facebook Mattel and ask them to keep making Ella. The children's hospital only had six dolls because of the limited availability and they really helped us bridge the topic with Grace.

  1. This is another doll available for children with cancer and other medical problems. The doll is made for the purpose of helping sick children even more than "Ella." It is an 18-inch doll similar to the American Girl. It features loss of hair, loss of limbs, physical therapy, wheelchairs, etc. It is a wonderful doll.
